Active Manufacturing’s spring department features three HTC coiling machines. Active has the capability to make many types of springs including torsion, extension and compression.
The HTC26X CNC Universal Spring Former is a 7 axis spring machine capable of forming wire .6mm – 3.0 mm in diameter. Its maximum feed rate is 200 ft per minute. It can hold tolerances of .005 thousandths and 2 degrees angular The HTC20CNC Spring Former is a 3 axis machine. The min/max wire diameter is .5 mm– 2.0mm. The machine tolerance is .005 thousandths and two degrees angular. The HTC25CF is a two axis Spring Coiling Machine. It is a dual point and single point forming machine. Its min/max wire diameter is .5mm – 2.5mm. The machine tolerance is .005 thousandths Other machinery which complements the Spring Department: 1.
