Active utilizes a Lumonics Yag Laser capable of welding parts up to .125 inches thick. The head of the laser is attached to a six axis Epson robotic arm. The robotic welder is capable of welding parts up to 24 inches by 24 inches in size. With proper fixturing, the robotic welder can weld multiple parts in a cycle. |
